Meet Stephen – Business Strategist, Consultant, and Growth Leader

Stephen brings decades of experience in business management, consulting, and executive leadership, with a proven track record of driving growth and transformation across industries. He began his career in the automation industry, building a strong foundation in streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency for both engineering and marketing teams.

Over the years, Stephen has worked with world-class firms and small business alike such as Arthur Andersen, Coopers & Lybrand, and Deloitte Touch, where he honed his expertise in operational readiness and organizational effectiveness. His leadership in IPOs, roll-up IPOs, and mergers & acquisitions led to remarkable successes—including his role in the USOP roll-up IPO, which reached Fortune 500 status in just three years and achieved nearly $4 billion in annualized sales.

Stephen has consulted for some of the world’s most recognized organizations, including IBM, Xerox, Apple, Amazon, Macy’s, Walmart, JC Penney, Hughes Aircraft, and Florida Power & Light, as well as numerous small and mid-sized businesses. His hands-on, data-driven approach—using SWOT, MOST, SMART, and KPI analysis—has guided companies in shaping strategies, improving integration, and creating sustainable growth.

A natural entrepreneur, Stephen brings big-picture business expertise to the world of small business. He launched and grew an online sales and marketing company from his own $60,000 investment to $24 million in annual revenue, ultimately selling it to a major US firm. Later, Stephen founded a digital marketing and consulting agency, delivering forward-thinking solutions in web development, multi-channel marketing, SEO, PPC, and more.

More recently, Stephen became very active with a personal passion for Kitchen Food Safety and Storage Organization for Restaurants, Venue, Church and Catholic Parish organizations. Although Religious Organizations may not be regularly inspected by government authorities, they still are expected to maintain the same high quality food safety standards as non-religious small business establishments.
